Two-component polyurethane semi-gloss primer-enamel for tinting, Base C, consisting of the primer-enamel base (component A) and the hardener (component B). The primer-enamel base is a suspension of fillers and functional additives in a solution of hydroxyl-containing acrylic resin in organic solvents. Supplied as a set: component A (AI20P24-С), component B (AI04P24H), thinner (AI05PT). Tinting is carried out by the end user to their own colour requirements.

Field of application

• for painting metal surfaces subjected to the effects of the atmosphere and aggressive liquid and vapour-gas media: bridges, the outer surface of tanks for storing oil and petroleum products, hydraulic engineering structures, metal structures for various purposes and mechanical engineering products;
• can be used for painting plastic surfaces;
• can be used as a stand-alone coating or as a priming or finishing layer in multi-coat systems;
• long-term retention of the protective and decorative properties of the coating;
• excellent resistance to mechanical and abrasive action;
• high weather resistance;
• the coating is resistant to splashes of mineral and vegetable oils, paraffins, aliphatic petroleum products and moderately aggressive chemicals;
• the overcoating time is unlimited;
• the coating can be used at temperatures from minus 60 to plus 120°C (dry heat).
