SintoPUR 2K High-Build Polyurethane Primer

High-build two-component polyurethane primer with high filling capacity for preparing ferrous and non-ferrous metal surfaces for painting. Creates reliable anti-corrosion protection of metal parts. Thanks to its excellent adhesion, it promotes a firm bond between the topcoat and the painted surface. Provides good pore filling and sands easily, making it possible to obtain quickly a perfect surface free from pores, scratches and irregularities. Supplied as a set: component A (AI20P1HB), component B (AI04P1H), thinner (AI05PT).

Field of application

• for protective painting in coating systems for metal surfaces subjected to the effects of the atmosphere and aggressive liquid and vapour-gas media: bridges, the outer surface of tanks for storing oil and petroleum products, hydraulic engineering structures, metal structures for various purposes and mechanical engineering products;
• used as a priming layer in various painting systems;
• can be used for painting plastic surfaces;
• distinguished by a high drying rate and good anti-corrosion properties;
• the overcoating time is unlimited;
• the coating can be used at temperatures up to 120°C (dry heat).
