2K Glass-Microfiber-Reinforced Polyester Body Filler, Dark Gray
A two-component polyester filler with a reinforcing filler in the form of micro glass fibre. The AXIOM® A4166 filler has high filling capacity, mechanical strength and excellent adhesion to various types of substrate, including galvanised steel. It dries quickly and is easy to sand. It is intended for filling deep dents and damage and rusted areas of the vehicle body surface.
The polyester filler with micro glass fibre can be applied to aluminium, galvanised, steel, wooden and other bare metal surfaces, as well as to surfaces with cured old coatings. Once the polyester filler has been mixed, it can be applied to previously prepared surfaces with a metal and/or plastic spatula.

- For best results, use at a temperature of not below +10°C.
- Before filling, the substrate must be cleaned, dried, degreased and dry sanded with abrasive material (P80 ➡ P280, depending on the substrate being painted).

Mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained!
Filler 100 Hardener 2 - Drying time (the temperature of the filler surface is given):
+20°C 15-20 min. IR lamp at a distance of 80-100 cm, at 50% power, <+70°C 2-3 min. - Close the packaging with materials tightly after use.
