1K Etch Primer, Yellow
High-quality professional one-component fast-drying acid etch primer AXIOM® A9678 is designed for preparing the surface of vehicle parts during refinishing. Prevents the formation of under-film corrosion. Increases adhesion to any type of metal surface, including aluminium and galvanised and stainless steel.
It is applied to sanded and degreased surfaces and must be overcoated with a secondary primer. It can be used to protect the metal in sanded-through areas.
- For best results, apply the compound at an ambient temperature of not less than +10°C and a relative air humidity of not more than 75%. The recommended application temperature is +20°C.
- Before applying the acid primer, the surface must be cleaned of loose rust, dirt and grease, abraded with P320 ➡ 400 abrasive and degreased. For degreasing, A9690 “Degreaser. Silicone remover” is recommended.
- To avoid aerosol overspray, protect the surfaces that are not to be painted.
- Before use, shake the can vigorously for 2–3 min.
- Apply the primer from a distance of 15–20 cm in 1–2 coats (thickness of 1 coat 8–10 µm) with intermediate drying of 5–10 minutes. IMPORTANT: excessive application does not improve the adhesive properties of the primer.
- Apply the subsequent coating strictly within 20–30 minutes after priming. Test the material before the main painting job. Do not apply polyester products, including fillers!
Attention! On completion of work, to avoid clogging the spray head, turn the can upside down and spray until the compound stops coming out.

Или требуется вторичное грунтование A9677 (Грунт акриловый)?
