Dry PTFE Lubricant

The high-quality PTFE lubricant is designed for eliminating squeaks from plastic panels and for lubricating the guides of vehicle sunroofs and windows, telescopic aerials, sliding supports and other friction pairs made of various materials.

Dry PTFE lubricant AXIOM® A9630p is used as a release coating that prevents sticking and eases sliding; it forms on the surfaces of the rubbing parts a dry, non-tacky, hydrophobic, dirt-repellent, dielectric anti-friction film of ultrafine polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) powder. It contains no oils or greases and has exceptional characteristics of chemical and temperature resistance: it is resistant to water, alkalis and acids and does not lose its properties from –150°C to +250°C.

  • It is recommended to spray at a can temperature of not below +10°C.
  • Before use, shake the can vigorously for 1-2 minutes.
  • Clean the surfaces to be treated of contamination (degrease if necessary) and dry them.
  • From a distance of 10–20 cm, spray the product onto the assemblies and mechanisms that require lubrication.
  • After application, let it dry for 10–15 minutes so that an anti-friction film forms.

      Данную смазку мы не рекомендуем использовать для смазки оружия. Для этого есть специальные ружейные смазки.

    Можно ли использовать эту смазку как аналог LOCTITE LB8192?

      У нашей нет допуска для пищевой промышленности. В остальных случаях можно использовать вместо Loctite LB 8192

    смазка 9630р безопасна для резины? можно ли смазывать боковые проемы для стекол авто чем можно убрать излишки она белого цвета и оставляет следы на черном в рекламном ролике 9630s и9630р в чем разница

      Смазка для резины безопасна, разница между p и s только в объеме баллона.
