Battery Terminal Grease
Professional product for the care of battery terminals and contacts, electrical connections, earthing points, power relays, rheostats and knife switches. It prevents current leakage, slows down the rate of discharge and increases the service life and the operating efficiency of batteries.
The battery terminal lubricant AXIOM® A9631 protects electrical connectors from corrosion and sulphation under the action of electrolyte, protects against dust, dirt and moisture and ensures reliable engine starting and stable operation of the electrical equipment. The light blue colour of the lubricant serves as an application indicator. It is recommended for use at every terminal service.
- Spraying at a can temperature of not less than +10°C is recommended.
- To avoid the product getting where it should not, it is recommended to protect the surfaces that are not to be treated.
- Shake the can well before use.
- Thoroughly clean the surface of the terminals and contacts of contamination and oxides with “Contact cleaner” A9702S and dry them.
- Fit the terminals onto the battery contacts in the correct order and secure them firmly.
- Spray the product in a thin layer onto the terminals in their working position.
- If necessary, remove excess product with a soft dry cloth.
